Returns & Refunds

• 30-day returns: Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
• Return condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
• Change of mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
• Personalized products: Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.
• Our error: If the issue was caused by Komic Arts, we will provide an appropriate replacement, remake, or refund without charging you to correct our error.
• Original shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
