- Return condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Our error: If the issue was caused by Komic Arts, we will provide an appropriate replacement, remake, or refund without charging you to correct our error.
